Estate planning,
designed for Thailand.
Moradok exists because Thai families deserve clear, guided estate planning that speaks their language. Every template, every workflow, every detail — built for how things actually work here.
Principles
What we believe.
01
Thai-first.
Every template begins in Thai, drafted by licensed Thai counsel. English follows. Legal language, witness requirements, and Thai ID formats are native to the product — never an afterthought.
02
Grounded in law.
Templates follow the Civil & Commercial Code, Book VI (Succession) and the 2026 ministerial regulation governing wills at district offices. A licensed Thai lawyer reviews every template before release.
03
Technology, not a law firm.
Moradok is a legal-tech product. We partner with independent Thai lawyers for review and complex matters. Simple estates need clear tools. Complex ones need human counsel. We provide both.
04
Your data stays yours.
Documents are end-to-end encrypted. Only you and your nominated executor can access the vault. The sealed access letter is held separately by your lawyer. We cannot read your files.
Legal foundation
Built on the Civil & Commercial Code.
Every template is drafted against Book VI (Succession) of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code and reflects the 2026 ministerial regulation that standardises how wills are witnessed and registered at district offices across Thailand.
A licensed Thai lawyer reviews every template before release. When your situation calls for it — blended families, foreign assets, business succession — our review service connects you with qualified counsel.

Disclaimer
Moradok is a legal-tech product, not a law firm.
Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. For complex matters — blended families, foreign assets, business succession, or tax planning — consult a licensed Thai lawyer. Our Legacy and Family plans include lawyer review through our partner network.
Templates are reviewed by licensed Thai counsel. For full legal effect under the Civil and Commercial Code, wills should be signed in the presence of two independent witnesses at a district office or before your lawyer.
